New functionality for our Microsoft PowerPoint integration and visitors can now opt-in to try our upgraded user interface
This month’s launches make it easier to gather feedback and give engaging presentations from a mural. Plus, visitors to your murals can now opt into the upgraded user interface for a cleaner, more accessible design.
Import and extract pages from Microsoft documents & PDFs now in public beta*
We’ve added new functionality to our integration with Microsoft Powerpoint! Now, you can seamlessly import and extract slides from Microsoft PowerPoint right into Mural to present directly from the canvas or use our collection of visual thinking tools to brainstorm and annotate content for your next presentation as a team in Mural.
This integration also works with Word, Excel, and PDF files. Add a document to your mural to give teammates information to review ahead of a meeting, or present Excel charts and visuals easily right within Mural. Learn more.
Visitors can now opt-in to try our upgraded user interface
Back in December, we released our upgraded user interface featuring a cleaner, bolder, and more accessible design. We’re pleased to announce that visitors can now also opt-in to try our upgraded UI by clicking the Early Access button in the top right of any mural they’re invited to collaborate in.
Already trying the upgraded UI? Give our team feedback here.
Small but mighty:
Drawing enhancements: You can now select from a range of five widths for more control while drawing at different zoom levels. Each drawing tool now has its own color selector, allowing you to customize and quickly access your preferred colors. We also save your preferences, so if you return to a mural you previously worked in and resume your drawing, Mural will remember the width and color settings.
Community webinar about the Mural API: Join the product manager for the Mural API for a discussion of how to extend Mural across your workflows and create something new. Learn more here.
